NudgeKit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a no-code platform for building and publishing in-app experiences such as home-screen cards, onboarding flows, and behavior-based nudges. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, dashboard, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using NudgeKit, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information — name, email address, password (hashed), company or workspace name, and profile details you provide when signing up.
- Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data — how you interact with the dashboard and builders (e.g. pages visited, features used, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP).
- Project & content data — widgets, cards, HTML/CSS, targeting rules, and other content you create in NudgeKit.
- SDK / end-user data — limited technical data needed to deliver published experiences to your app users (e.g. device type, app version, segment attributes you configure). You control what end-user attributes you send.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or support forms, including the contact address below.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Create and manage your account and workspace
- Authenticate you and secure the platform
- Process subscriptions and send related receipts
- Respond to support requests and product feedback
- Send product updates, security notices, and (with consent where required) marketing communications you can opt out of
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Data retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account; we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics and product improvement.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Children’s privacy
NudgeKit is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
